Biographical history
Dr. Dobrowlosky received her B.A. (hons.) from Toronto, her M.A. from Dalhousie University, and her Ph.D. from Carleton University (completing her thesis, entitled “The Politics of Pragmatism: Women, Strategic Representation, and Constitutionalism in Canada” in 1996). She joined the faculty at St. Mary’s University in 2000 as Assistant Professor of Political Science, became Associate Professor in 2003 and Professor in 2008.
