On trouve également dans le fonds d’autres documents relatifs au diocèse de Yarmouth ainsi qu’un exemplaire d’Evangeline de Henry Wadsworth Longfellow de 1893.Le fonds est composé de deux séries : Série A Personnages et Série B Documents divers.               Fonds consists of family charts; reports; membership lists; minutes (1914-1985); plans and drawings of the club house and grounds; financial records related to the upkeep of the house, grounds and farm; log of farm operations; correspondence to and from employees; guest books; legal correspondence; and four film reels taken by Evan's Clark of the family travelling from Boston to the club. Guest books were loaned in 2002 for photocopying as the 1970- book is still in use.

              Fonds consists of minutes; township books; reports to General Sessions of the Peace; land records; financial records; records of town officers; correspondence; petitions; road and bridge records; overseers of the poor records; public health records; militia records; fire prevention records; animal control records; election records; fisheries records; and provincial and federal legislation. Due to previous archival arrangement, it was decided to maintain the township records in a fonds separate from the records of the Municipality of the District of Argyle.
              Fonds · 1891-1943
              Fonds consists of one ledger book. The book served as an account ledger, minute book and plot record for the first 50 years of the Company's operation. It records the names, dates of burial and plot number for the deceased. It also contains reports of the annual meetings. As the Company is still in operation, a number of records were removed from the ledger. These included the names of founding members and numbers of shares owned, act of incorporation, by-laws, and the founding minutes. It is hoped that these will be deposited at the Archives as a future date.

              Fonds consists of correspondence, reports, enrollment and registration material, and financial records pertaining to the administration of schools and the educational systems at the municipal level within the Municipality. Records are arranged chronologically, either according to school years, which begins in August and ends in July, or according to fiscal year. In some instances, the records are also alphabetically arranged within the year according to the names of committees, teachers, schools or school sections.

              Fonds consists of records created or received by the Municipality of Argyle while carrying out its normal business activities, which includes elections, administration of roads and general administration. The fonds has been arranged chronologically. The Municipal records have been arranged into 4 fonds for practical reasons, as the original order of the pre-1926 records has been lost. The post-1926 order had not been compromised, and thus the proper rules for description and arrangement was applied. In 1997, it was decided that based on the fact that the Municipal Taxation records had been separated from the other Municipal records and their order compromised, that they would form another separate fonds.

              Fonds consists of records created or received by the Municipality of Argyle while carrying out its business activities. The records have been arranged in chronological order. The Municipal Clerk's files (series A) have been arranged in chronological order in subseries of one year and in alphabetical order within each year's set of files, as was the practice of the Clerk.

Because of prior arrangement, it was decided to maintain the municipal taxation records in a fonds separate from the rest of the municipal records.               Fonds consists of records of court cases held in the Municipality of Argyle, Stipendiary Magistrates' Court. These case records include correspondence between barristers and clerks of the Court, subpoenas, summons, court accounts, plaintiffs' fee bills, decisions, and records related to the operations of the Court.
