Item consists of two identical paperweights from the Halifax County Municipality, which we possibly given as a service award. The paperweight is circular and made primarily of clear and black acrylic. A gold-coloured seal is printed inside the acrylic with the coat of arms of the municipality and the words "Halifax County Municipality / 1880-1996."

Item consists of a commemorative plaque with the coat of arms of the Municipality of the County of Halifax. The plaque is made of wood and the crest is printed on a metal panel attached to the front of the plaque. The crest depicts four sheaves of wheat on a green crown, above five green spikes on a background of blue waves. A banner blow the crest reads: "Ecum Secum to Hubbards."

Item consists of a promotional keychain from the Halifax County Industrial Commission. The keychain consists of a green plastic disc with text printed on either side within a yellow circle. A metal loop fits in between the two sides of the plastic disc. One side of the keychain features the commission's logo and reads: "Halifax County / Industrial Commission." The other side of the keychain reads: "The Municipality of the County / of Halifax / Chief Administrative / Officer / K. R. Meech / 477-5641."

Item consists of a promotional banner from Halifax County, possibly related to a festival or other event. The banner is made of white vinyl. The banner features a colour illustration of a cake stand surrounded by pink flowers, containing a scene with a lighthouse and a sailboat. Text printed around the illustration reads: "Halifax County / We have so much to share... / Celebration! / Sight and Taste / Sensations." Pockets are sewn into the top and bottom of the banner in order to hang it.
