              Fonds consists of records of the Chezzetcook Historical Society and its members. Textual records were created between about 1900- 1930, 1950- 1955, 1965, and 1974- 2008, but the majority date to between 1974 and 2004.               Sub-series forms part of history and heritage activities series of the Helen Jennex fonds and consists of drawings of Eastern Shore churches which were collected by Helen Jennex. Also included are drawings of houses in Oyster Pond and of the Clam Bay School house. Some drawings are originals, while others are photocopies. The drawings are signed “Kay Dwyer” or “SW”. Sub-series also includes an original drawing of Owl’s Head Harbour signed “HS”. In addition, sub-series includes a photocopy of illustrations of water birds. Accession number 2009.039

              Sub-series forms part of history and heritage activities series of the Helen Jennex fonds and consists of records relating to research undertaken by Helen Jennex and possibly others into local history and events in the Eastern Shore. Sub-series contains two booklets, one describing the history of the Clam Harbour Church and one, written by Jennex, describing the history of the West Jeddore School.               Consists of records created and accumulated by Grace Edith Forsythe primarily during her career as an educator and as a result of her involvement with the Marine Highway Historical Society, including records related to her teaching career, photographs, and material related to local history. Also included are publications produced by the Marine Highway Historical Society as well as layouts and preliminary copies. Contents also include scrapbooks, correspondence, advertisements, recipes, and material related to the Red Cross Society. In addition, fonds includes records acquired by Grace Forsythe and related to her aunt and uncle Cora (Harpell) and Sandy Myers, who owned the Salmon River House and with whom Grace lived for a time.
