Records were rescued from William M. Nelson's shed on Maple Avenue, Tatamagouche in 1985 by Anna Hamilton. Nelson was a Tatamagouche estate lawyer who collected items of historical significance. It is thought that he collected these items via his vocation.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of one day book used to record patient name, fee and occasionally the nature of the visit. The end section of the book was used as a ledger to record patient accounts.
