The Edgehill Old Girls Association Halifax Dartmouth Branch commenced meeting February 1950. Objectives of the branch were to promote fellowship and strengthen bonds of friendship among women connected with Edgehill School. This group of women promoted the school, and supported school projects, as well as donating time and finances to various school prizes and events, and supported the Edgehill headmaster/headmistress. Membership was open to graduates, under-graduates and teachers of Edgehill. The officers of the association were president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, publicity chairperson, hospitality chairperson and telephone chairperson, all holding office for two years. There were two meetings a year. The last president was Linda Landymore. The Halifax Dartmouth branch was dissolved in 1992.
