Subseries consists of four files containing material (cards, press releases, election pamphlets, programmes, and other ephemera) relating to events of importance to Rocky Jones. Files include "Activism and Education" (includes information relating to "The People's Summit", the Transitional Year Program, the G-7 Summit (1997), a film screening, course information, and material relating to a screening of "Against the Tide". "Elections", which contains a poster and pamphlet relating to Jones's candidacy as a NDP provincial candidate in 1980. "Weddings and Memorials", which includes invitations to his wedding to Sharon, and a card for his memorial service. "Convocations, award ceremonies, and other conferrals" which contain programmes, correspondence, and other documents relating to Jones's educational achievements (includes correspondence with the University of Guelph regarding an Honorary Degree).
