Administrative history
The Fairmont Agricultural Society was established in 1908 and held annual meetings, maintained a membership list and documented the financial status of the organization on a yearly basis. The keeping and the use of the community bull was a regular item recorded in the minutes.
Custodial history
The book was donated to the Museum by Ronald Dunn. His mother's family had the book in their possession for many years.
