    Biographical history

    Harry Eaton was born 9 September 1879, the son of Stephen and Anne Roney Eaton. He was the lighthouse keeper at Granville Center, Annapolis County, N.S. and wharfinger for 22 years. He was a member of the Seymour Division, Sons of Temperance. Eaton never married and died 4 November 1952.
