The Helicopter Utility Squadron 21 (Squadron HU 21) was the training squadron for helicopter pilots at HMCS Shearwater and CFB Shearwater in the 1950s to the early 1970s. Members of HU 21 went on to Helicopter Squadron 50 when they finished their training.
