              Series forms part of Lake Charlotte Area Heritage Society fonds and consists of records related to meetings and other activities of the society’s board of directors and various committees, including the management committee. Series also includes records related to meetings such as the society’s annual general meetings. In addition, series includes records related to the incorporation of the society and of Memory Lane Heritage Village, records related to the village’s designation as a heritage site, as well as other legal and financial records. Series contains meeting minutes, policies, resolutions, correspondence, reports, plans, financial statements, proposals, announcements, organizational charts, insurance policies, agreements, the society’s memorandum of association and bylaws, and other material.               Fonds consists of three scrapbooks and two slide carousels filled with slides depicting various images associated with l'Ile Sainte-Croix or St. Croix Island and Samuel de Champlain. These were created by Dr. Poirier in an effort to have the island designated a heritage site. Cards are available that correspond with the slides used in presentations to various groups about the island. The scrapbooks contain correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs and short histories. The dedication of the establishment of Saint Croix Island as a national monument took place 30 June 1968 by the United States National Park Service and the Calais Chamber of Commerce.

              Part of Robert Kim Stevens fonds
              Series forms part of Robert Kim Stevens fonds and consists of one original drawing of the Thomas Stevens House in Musquodoboit Harbour, by Joan Flewwelling. The house was originally owned by Robert Stevens, the village blacksmith, who had it built circa 1890. It housed the first post office in the area and was later owned by a Mr. Parker, Gerald Graham, Cyril and Kaye Young, and Henry and Elizabeth Boutilier. The drawing was owned by Kim Stevens. He had requested that Joan Flewwelling draw it and she agreed and later sent it to him. The drawing was done from an old photograph of the house as it was ca. the 1850s. 2013.026

              Series forms part of the Musquodoboit Harbour Heritage Society collection and consists of one copy of a document regarding the Houses of Anderson Road, including the Bayer-Anderson House, John Bayer V House, James Locker House, Georges Bayer VI House, John Mosher House, and Dan Dauphinee House. Series also includes a copy of a drawing of the Ben Power House circa 1810 by J. F. Flewelling in 1979.

              Series forms part of Lake Charlotte Area Heritage Society fonds and consists of records related to the conception and planning of Memory Lane Heritage Village, particularly phases I and II, which were primarily concerned with the initial establishment of the village. Series also includes records related to the implementation of the plans for the village, including records related to the acquisition of buildings and the construction of the village. Series contains proposals, planning documents, reports, cash flow projections, correspondence, funding applications, notes, meeting minutes, drawings (including early plans, a photo inventory and map of buildings, and other architectural drawings), forms, moving permit applications, video, and other material.               Collection consists of records donated to and accumulated by the Musquodoboit Harbour Heritage Society, relating to the history of communities and inhabitants along the Eastern Shore. The records consist of interview tapes and transcripts, photographs, land records, and information pertaining to the history of industries and services on the Eastern Shore as well as heritage houses.               Fonds consists of one minute book used to record minutes of Trustees' meetings and one book used by the Old Meeting House treasurer. There is a gap in the minute book from 1842 to 1879, where the Trustees began referring to themselves as the Proprietors of Old Church. Some account information and newspaper clippings are included.
