    Biographical history

    Ian Campbell Hannah was born in 1874, the son of John Julius Hannah, Vicar of Brighton, England. He was a historian and author, lecturer in Art at Oxford and Cambridge, and was also president of King's College, Windsor, Nova Scotia 1904-1906. He was married to Edith Brand Hannah. In November 1935, Hannah was elected as a Conservative Member of Parliament for Bilston, in Wolverhampton, England. Hannah died in 1944.

    Fonds consists of a manuscript of material compiled by Hannah about architecture from around the world. Specifically it contains notes on buildings in Windsor and area, and notes on the buildings on the King's College Windsor campus, including a description of artifacts contained in the College's Museum.
