Part of Municipality of the County of Halifax fonds
Item consists of a commemorative plaque with the coat of arms of the Municipality of the County of Halifax. The plaque is made of wood and the crest is printed on a metal panel attached to the front of the plaque. The crest depicts four sheaves of wheat on a green crown, above five green spikes on a background of blue waves. A banner blow the crest reads: "Ecum Secum to Hubbards." 312-103.006
