Series consists of a proposal and promotional material prepared by Maplehurst Apartments Limited and City Centre Limited in response to the two-stage proposal process set by Dartmouth City Council on February 18, 1988. Stage 1 was a pre-qualification stage open to any respondent. In Stage two, Maplehurst/City Centre Limited were selected with three other companies to submit comprehensive proposals complete with architectural renderings and a three-dimensional model. CR1-1
