Item consists of an image of several ships and boats, large and small, in the Northwest Arm, many of which are decorated with flags. Memorial Tower can be seen in background, and it, too, is decorated with flags. Possibly depicts the Dedication of Memorial Tower and the visit of the Duke of Connaught.
