Please see list of projects attached. Many of the projects undertaken by the Junior League of Halifax sought to improve the lives of people living in the local community. Areas of highest priority included children, the elderly, and women. Of particular interest are the radio scripts from the 1940s and 1950s that profiled Junior League activities, as well as other charitable organizations and the work that they did in the Halifax area.
