Series consists of material created by or regarding the United Nations. The Refords meet while working at UNITAR, and many of the files reflect Stephanie McCandless-Reford's employment at UNITAR. The series also consists of publications by the UN, or related organizations (eg., the United Nations Association in Canada, a group Robert Reford was the head of). The series is organized into two sub-series, one reflecting the United Nations generally, and one containing records relating to UNITAR and the Reford's employment with them. 2008.007.1, Series 3
Series contains two trophies. The first trophy is from St. Mary's High School and is inscribed: High School Cadets - Proficiency Cup - SMC - Annual Competition - Presented by - J.E. Reardon. It is a two-handled silver plated cup on a wooden base made by Wm. A. Rogers of Toronto. The second trophy is inscribed: Class of '57 Award - Presented to - The Man of the Year. A list of winners is attached to the wooden base and they include: Carl Dujay '57; Jean Mercier '58; Ronald Barns '59; Gordon MacLean '60; Charles Leonard '61; Ned Kelleher '62; Thomas Tsoumas '63; Perry Anderson '64; James Lawrence '65; Robert Britton '66; James Oliver '67; Wayne Edgar '68; Charles Decker '69.
