Part of Robin, Jones & Whitman Ltd. fonds
Series consists of 35 letterbooks created by Charles Robin-Collas and Co. (later Robin, Jones and Whitman Ltd.). The books contain copies of letters that were kept in order to maintain a record of business correspondence and transactions, as well as some invoices and order forms. Most of these letterbooks contain no index or are only partially indexed, but letters are organized chronologically throughout. The included correspondence contains orders from suppliers, banking requests, and inter-organizational letters that accompanied reports to members of company management. In some instances, the letterbooks contain staff listings, statements of accounts, listings of goods that were purchased by clients, and inventory listings for the store in Cheticamp (Eastern Harbour).
