Part of Annabel (Siteman) Ells fonds
Series forms part of the Annabel (Siteman) Ells fonds and consists of diaries kept by Annabel Ells, John O. Siteman, and Hugh Fraser Siteman as well as two address books, one owned by Hugh F. Siteman which contains mailing addresses and the other owned by Annabel which is really more of a vital record as it contains mostly anniversary and birth dates. Also includes a keepsake album belonging to a young Annabel in which friends and relatives wrote her messages as well as prayer, hymn, and catechism books and several bibles that belonged to Mr. and Mrs. John Siteman, Eddie Ells, and Peggy Richard Standring. Collection consists of copies and transcriptions of records from various churches and parishes that were located on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia or which were used by Eastern Shore residents. The collection contains baptismal, marriage, burial, and confirmation records along with other church records, dating from 1752 to 1982. Some records are on microfilm or have been copied from microfilm, while others are typed or handwritten transcriptions of records. 2003.010, 2004.008, 2011.024

Collection consists of copies of half-yearly returns of schools along the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia. The returns date from 1828 to 1839 and give information about the teachers and students at the schools, as well as giving a small amount of information about fee payments and the schools' general finances. Records were copied between about 1972 and about 2002. Accession number 2003.010.
Fonds · 1966-1980
The first three series of the fonds consist of essays and research written and compiled by Mr. Patrick Milligan and Mr. D. Engram’s grade ten students at Eastern Shore District High School between 1973 and 1980 as part of a class project on local history. The essays include information about various aspects of the history of the Eastern Shore such as industries and occupations, activities, cemeteries, churches, individuals, houses, education, and family and community history. Selected essays from Mr. Milligan’s local history course, 1974-1975, were compiled into a school publication called The Shore Thing, a preliminary copy of which is included in the fonds. The purpose of the book was to introduce students to their own area and familiarize them with the history of local communities along the Eastern Shore. It was placed in the school library for the benefit of all students. The fonds also consists of yearbooks and a newspaper published by the school during the first ten years of its operation. E.J. Webber fonds

Fonds consists of records related to the activities of E. J. Webber during his time spent serving with the 2nd Reserve Battalion Halifax Rifles in World War II and his shared activities with his wife Babe Webber in her role as postmistress in Lake Charlotte during the 1950s. Records were created between 1941 and 1945, and between 1951 and 1955. Fonds has been arranged into the following two series: S1- 2nd Reserve Battalion Halifax Rifles S2- Lake Charlotte Post Mistress Accession number 2009.045
