Series forms part of the James David Vaughn fonds and consists of two municipal tax assessment notices from 1929 and two from 1930 to Mr. David Vaughn, District 37.The two assessments from 1930 include notations at the bottom indicating that Vaughn still owed money for his 1929 assessments with interest.

Item consists of a typed letter addressed to Avon Bayers, asking if he was interested in a job painting a house and if so, whether he could call at 44 1/2 Almon, Street in Halifax to pick up the supplies, which had already been purchased. The letter is unsigned but was written at 44 1/2 Almon Street on July 8, 1947. Accession number: 2013.062

Series consists of photocopies of boat plans found in the home of Wallace Russell. The original plans were donated to the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. These drawings, together with measurements taken of another locally owned Wallace Russell built boat, were used to design the plans for the “Memory Lane Boat” at Memory Lane Heritage Village. S2
