Series forms part of Garth M. Hosking General Store fonds and consists of correspondence related to the Store, including a letter from a customer to Mildred Hosking, and a letter to Garth Hosking from the Employment Insurance Commission. Series also includes sets of blank letterheads and invoices in W.M.O. Mitchell’s name from the 1910s. Also included in the series is a 1941 license to sell gasoline issued to W.M.O. Mitchell. Series also includes blank letterheads from Hosking’s Garage. In addition, series includes a 1904 list of voters from the number 27 polling district of Halifax County. MacKinlay, publishers, booksellers, and stationers; and another unknown firm from which fabrics, gloves, and purses were purchased.
