Part of Town of Wedgeport fonds
Subseries forms part of Wedgeport Schools series and consists of enrolment and attendance records of students of the schools of Wedgeport. These records consist of lists of students, their birth dates and parents' names; correspondence concerning individual students, in particular students enrolled in the School for the Blind; letters of permission concerning school attendance; and provincial attendance reports from the Department of Education. Records have been arranged in chronological order.
Subseries forms part of Road and Bridge Records series and consists of returns for statute/highway labour for the various road districts throughout the Municipality. Returns recorded the following information: date, road district number, labourers, days worked, and fines levied. Records have been arranged chronogically and then by road number.

Subseries forms part of Records of the Secretary-Bursar series and consists of a staff agreement with a list of staff and salaries (1928-1946); personnel files for staff and faculty members, containing correspondence, policy, applications, offers of employment, pay raises, and tax deductions (1958-1976); correspondence and selected Board of Governors minutes from both Edgehill and King's College School (1976-1977) relating to the amalgamation of Edgehill School and King's College School compiled by Fred Mounce (1976-1978), some of the correspondence between F. Mounce and the Bursar, A.L. Harlow. Staff at the Edgehill Church School for Girls included a principal or lady principal, a vice principal, professors, a matron and nurse, and a housekeeper.

Subseries forms part of the Guysborough County Registry of Deeds series, and consists of 38 land transaction registers, 1815-1963, recording the sale or transfer of land between grantor (seller) and grantee (buyer), mortgage assignments and releases, quit claim deeds, and numerous other types of documents relating to land transactions. The documents recorded in the land transaction registers are transcriptions (the Registry's copy) of the original documents held by the grantor and grantee. Subseries also includes Crown Land Grant Books 1-5, 1855-1969, which provided a local coy of land grants also recorded at the Crown Lands office.
