Fonds consists of administrative records related to the operation of the Dalhousie Arts Centre which includes correspondence, personnel files, reports, and memos; audio-visual materials; minutes, correspondence, and reports related to the Dalhousie Cultural Activities Committee and its sub-committees; financial records which include annual and monthly reports, budget records, payroll reports and other fiscal documents; artistic organization files; photographic records of performers; production, performance and event records that include contracts, news clippings, and promotional materials; as well as publicity materials for the Arts Centre. Fonds consists of correspondence written to Walter, Hannah, and Laura Stoddard as well as records related to churches and church societies and memorabilia related to the First World War that was found in the Stoddard Hotel. Fonds also contains financial records including insurance policies and tax receipts as well as post office records including ledgers of records of registered mail. Remaining records include permits, dance step instructions, quilt patterns, paintings by Harold Brownhill, a poem by Burns Marks, a label from E. Homan’s clam cannery, a brochure for a Camp Charlotte, a sign erected by the Cranberry Committee, and a business card and photograph of Judge F. M. Morson. Accession number 2013.010
Salmon River House fonds

Fonds consists of records generated and accumulated by the proprietors of the Salmon River House between 1932 and 2002. Included in the fonds are hotel registers, historical information about the Salmon River House, photographs of the house in various years, and a menu listing dishes served there. The majority of the records date to the period in which the house was owned by the Myers family. Accession number 2013.041
Collection
Collection consists of bagpipe music books of mainly Scottish and Irish tunes, audio recordings of pipe music, 1 video cassette of pipe music, a small selection of family history notes and 3 photographs of MacDonald's grandfather, piper, Stephen B. MacNeil. Also received was a set of Great Highland bagpipes that once belonged to MacNeil which were put on display in the Celtic Music Interpretive Centre's Tom Rankin Interactive Exhibit Room.
