Fonds consists of one letter book (1831-1847) used to copy letters received from the Customs House at Halifax and London, England. The second half of the book was used to record import duties at Liverpool. These statistics were used to make accounts and reports to be submitted to the provincial government.

Fonds consists of one sessional book used to record proceedings of general sessions, which includes decisions on road building and poor relief (Apr. 1810-Apr. 1828) and grand jury decisions, which includes court officers present, names of defendants and plaintiffs and decision for Court of General Sessions of the Peace held at Liverpool Nov. 1816-Dec. 1817; and a list of officers appointed by the Sessions for the Town of Liverpool, 1820.

Information recorded in this book includes an index to land holders, plans for common lands, collection of monies for church, schools and poor relief. Fonds also contains records regarding the applications for lands, receipts for processing fees and deed searches, surveying information, deeds, indentures and correspondence regarding the alotment of undivided township land (1908-1951).

Fonds consists of letter books (1899-1907) which contain mayors' and clerks' correspondence regarding town and court affairs (1899-1904); loose correspondence of town officers and employees (1922-1942); town cash book (1932-1933); Municipal Court judgement book with index (1898-1928); Town Police report log (1897-1929); record of expiry dates of town insurance policies (1950-1987); School trustees annual and semi-annual returns for urban schools and Queens County Academy (1910-1951); teachers' oaths (1941-1947); records regarding the 1947 veterans lunch which include lists of WWI, WWII vets and war brides; a photo collection of town residence, events and locations, including the construction of the high school (ca. 1950); oaths of allegiance of town officers (1952-1971); nomination forms (1954-1970); and miscellaneous receipts.
William Ford fonds

Fonds consists of two diaries kept by Ford recording his sales of flour and meal, daily activities and weather. Includes some mention of community activities and municipal office and court house. Custodial records state that originally there were five diaries, however only 2 can now be located.
