Fonds consists of one album containing photographs of a trip to England, Scotland, postcards, and photos of C.M. Gilpin, W.J. Gilpin Jr., C. Gilpin, Barney's River, and Digby. All images have been identified. Also included is one notebook kept by Charlotte while taking an art history course at the Acadia Seminary and some legal documents regarding the settlement of her mother's estate, including her mother's last will and testament and a memorial to Charlotte, which is on display (copy) in Gilpin Room (original is in storage).
