Le fonds est constitué de découpures de journaux, de photographies, de testaments, d’articles de correspondance et d’autres documents manuscrits au sujet de ou appartenant à des membres du clergé (abbés, prêtres, évêques) qui ont œuvré dans l’ancien diocèse de Yarmouth, des personnalités originaires surtout du Sud-Ouest de la Nouvelle-Écosse et des personnes qui ont laissé, dans leur testament, des fonds à l’ancien séminaire Holy Heart à Halifax. On trouve également dans le fonds d’autres documents relatifs au diocèse de Yarmouth ainsi qu’un exemplaire d’Evangeline de Henry Wadsworth Longfellow de 1893.Le fonds est composé de deux séries : Série A Personnages et Série B Documents divers. Collection consists of the records of the East and West Camp Veterans organization including their collection of records of the East and West Camps themselves. The Organization records include: correspondence, histories, articles, clippings, newsletters, books, reunion programmes, journals and photographs. The collected records of the camps include: photographs, equipment manuals, scrapbooks, instrument handbooks, flying badges, Depth Charge (the camp newspaper), gunner evaluation sheets, a flying log book and photographs.

Port of Yarmouth fonds

Fonds consists of one book of fees, which records date, vessel name, master's name, voyage destination, and amount paid at Shelburne and Yarmouth; one small sum book for the port, which was also used as a diary and account book; 2 records of licences of vessels, which includes name of vessel, owner and vessel specifications; 6 registers of vessels entering port; 5 registers used to record vessels departing port; 3 registers of outport reports; 1 register of seamen discharged at Yarmouth; 2 registers of seamen shipped at Yarmouth; 2 registers of all vessels involved in the coasting trade in regards to the Port of Yarmouth; and 1 account book of goods received into the customs warehouse; register used to record outgoing vessels included records of collecting stations' for outports. The 1926-1946 register of seamen shipped includes records regarding crew changes for M.V. Bluenose. Also included are accounts of vessels registered to the port of Yarmouth (1924-1967), bills of sale and declaration of ownership certificates.
