Ardnamurchan Club fonds

Fonds consists of family charts; reports; membership lists; minutes (1914-1985); plans and drawings of the club house and grounds; financial records related to the upkeep of the house, grounds and farm; log of farm operations; correspondence to and from employees; guest books; legal correspondence; and four film reels taken by Evan's Clark of the family travelling from Boston to the club. Guest books were loaned in 2002 for photocopying as the 1970- book is still in use.

Fonds consists of minutes; township books; reports to General Sessions of the Peace; land records; financial records; records of town officers; correspondence; petitions; road and bridge records; overseers of the poor records; public health records; militia records; fire prevention records; animal control records; election records; fisheries records; and provincial and federal legislation. Due to previous archival arrangement, it was decided to maintain the township records in a fonds separate from the records of the Municipality of the District of Argyle.

Fonds consists of one ledger which contains account information from 1873-1892 and from 1923-1942. The early 1870s entries were most likely created by Jean Mandé. Also contained in ledger are notes regarding LeBlanc family history - birth, death and marriage dates - recorded between 1937 and 1979.

Fonds consists of one Day Book, 1881-1904, which contains both Elmer Hatfield General Store records and Hatfield General Store records; five day books, 1891-1906; one order book, 1905-1906; and one Accounts Receivable Ledger, 1891-1931. A Cash Journal created by Daniel W. Armstrong, 1952-1958 is also contained in the fonds. Tracy G. Hatfield also ran another general store and records of both store often overlap.

Fonds consists of images created by Eugene Meuse. Images found in photographs includes the blessing of the bell at Sainte-Famille Church, floating of the middle span of Sluice Point Bridge, fishing, his inventions of a "lazy-boy" chair and motorized child's wagon, and photographs he took while working in coal mines at New Castle, New Brunswick.
Forman Hatfield fonds

Fonds consists of one day book, containing account records, created by Forman Hatfield for his Tusket Wedge general store and one ship yard time book, which records hours and some activities regarding the building of the 1709 ton ship John Y. Robbins, which was launched on 3 July 1890. The last section of the notebook was used by P. Lent Hatfield as an account book in his general store.

a notebook kept by George E. Hatfield, 1870-1887, which was used as a day book, cash book and account ledger. The notebook was used again between 1930 and 1932 as an account book. In most cases, the 1930s information was recorded directly over the 1870s records. The fonds also consists of personal and business correspondence of Fred Hatfield, one ledger from his grocery store and gas station, one account book, a day book, financial statement, 2 rough hand-drawn plans of hunting and camp lots, and store inventories. Photographs consist of members of the Hatfield family.
