Framed picture of Dudley Foster, who happened to be a Midget. The picture is sepia, the frame is made of wood. Dudley is sitting in a little chair and the chair is on a table. The letter is written by Donald R. Taylor and has some Foster family history. On the back of the picture is written family history, typed family history a piece of paper "The Fairy Sisters 1872". 018.22
