Subseries consists of correspondence, budgets, financial documents, and planning documents relating to the 2002 Atlantic Metropolis Conference. This conference was co-hosted by Saint Mary's University and Dalhousie University to bring together researchers, government policy-makers, members of community organizations and other stakeholders interested in being part of a new Atlantic centre of research on immigration and population migration.
