Le fonds est constitué d’articles et de découpures de journaux liés au projet « Hommage à Rosealba » et aux spectacles de Rosealba, d’enregistrements audio (sur cassettes) et de transcriptions d’entretiens menés avec des gens de Clare et de Par-en-Bas, des monologues de Rosealba pour les spectacles de 1994 et de 1995, ainsi que de quelques cassettes vidéo et audio. Il contient aussi des articles de journaux et de revues sur les réalisations d’Anne-Marie Comeau en tant que comédienne, enseignante de danse et directrice de la troupe de danse La Baie en Joie. En outre, le fonds contient des notes manuscrites de Susan Knutson, une chronologie du théâtre populaire en Clare ainsi que des articles de journaux et de revues liés au théâtre populaire acadien consultés à des fins de recherche. Astor Theatre Ltd. fonds

Fonds consists of financial journals of the Astor Theatre Ltd. Journals recorded what movie played, dates and daily income from individual movies. Also recorded were where the film or trailer came from or where it was headed and the expressage fees. Staff salaries were also recorded. The theatre employed a film operator, cashier, usher, doorman and a janitor. It also payed for the services of a president and a managing director. Also included one day book/ledger (1916-1918, 1928-1931) which records financial transaction of the Theatre in lesser detail than the journals. However this book includes some personal notations by S.M. Bartling
Blaikie Family Collection

The collection contains textual records and photographs that demonstrate the activities of several members of the Blaikie Family of Great Village, NS, for almost a century from the mid-1800s to the mid-1900s. Items were arranged into series by the archivist based on record type or content, including: letters; insurance policies for various properties in Great Village; payment agreements; Estate of Melinda (Gould) Blaikie; bills; land deeds; John Wier contracts; World War I correspondence, mostly between Joseph McKay Blaikie and Blanche Johnson; ledgers; documents related to the shipbuilding and shipping industries, focusing on “The Peerless”, “Chieftain”, and “The President”. The fonds also contains assorted items related to community organizations and happenings in Great Village, NS, including: day books for Ezra Layton’s store; Iron Age Division of the Sons of Temperance; dyke books; play bills; Corinthians Lodge; war rations books; Women’s Institute of Great Village; and a scrapbook. The photograph collection contains a large number of portraits, with most people identified as members of the Blaikie Family. There are also a large number of photographs of William Edward Spencer and Truene Ruth (Geddes) Spencer, at home and on holiday in California. 2006.48.1 - 148; 2007.36.1 - 56
