Boyle consists mostly of articles written about his Nobel Prize, a small selection of correspondence surrounding the Nobel Prize, newspaper clippings about his work with the Hubble Telescope, correspondence relating to his work as Board member of the Wallace and Area Museum, and establishment of his memorial in Wallace. There is also a mix of photographs, which include Dr. Boyle giving a speech at the Museum in Wallace and Dr. Boyle with the Queen of Sweden.
