Item consists of a copy of a photograph of young women wearing aprons and lab coats, cooking in a classroom. Donor's inscription from 2020 notes "My parents, Michael and Edythe Punch married June 30, 1927 ad the winter before my mother signed up for this evening class. She said most of the other girls were on the brink of marriage. As an attendance incentive students were reimbursed the cost of the course if they attended every week. Edythe and one other girl got their money back."
