Architectural rendering of details of the roof line and "tower" at 16 Young Street, probably built c1902 by Dimock B. Cummings. The house is built in the Queen Anne style with a shingle texturing at the second story level and a fan motif in the pediment. The builder may have been R.O. McCurdy, well known Truro builder, but that is unconfirmed. 87.20(iv)

Architectural drawings for residence at 38 Dominion Street, Truro, NS.Built in 1903, this 2.5 story wood frame structure was designed by E. D. Vernon. It is an excellent example of the Queen Anne Style with many classical details including bays, gables, fluted Corinthian columns, Palladian windows, and dentils. It was built by Frank Stanfield Sr. for his bride beside the original family property #44. 87.2.2 to 87.2.9
