Also included are records related to Gaetz’s time spent serving in WWI, correspondence with soldiers during WWII, records related to Gaetz’s membership in the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and the Musquodoboit Harbour United Church for which Gaetz acted as treasurer. Church records include financial papers and correspondence, account books, receipts, religious education material, meeting minutes, photographs, insurance documents, and other material. Fonds consists of the financial records of the trustees of Harbourside School of Owl's Head, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, including pages from a ledger book listing income and expenses of the trustees from January 1968 to June 1973. The ledger pages also list transactions of the trustees bank accounts from June 1977 to February 1983. Some transactions are also listed on sheets of loose leaf paper. Also included are two invoices addressed to the Harbourside School, one from Brookfield Foods and the other from the University of New Brunswick. Interleaved within the ledger is the pamphlet "Speech of Hon. J. Anderson in the Legislative Council on Tuesday, June 1st, Dealing with the Affairs of the Commercial Bank of Newfoundland" (ca. 1915) and a printed tag from Sinclair's store located between pages 163 and 164 of the ledger. 2020.003
