Fait partie de Katherine L. Stoddard family fonds
Series is part of the Katherine L. Stoddard fonds and consists of one yearbook or publication entitled The Academy Annual and dated Christmas, 1912. It would appear that the book probably belonged to Katherine Stoddard’s mother, Eva (Siteman) Stoddard as her name is written throughout the book as well as many references to Ship Harbour. The book was a publication of the Halifax Academy and contains various stories, photographs and information about the students attending the academy. On at least one page it is possible to make out the text of a letter that had been written and erased, making application to the Secretary of Trustees for a position at Ship Harbour School written by Eva Siteman in 1914. Eva likely attended the Halifax Academy in preparation to become a teacher. Accession number: 2013.008
