Item consists of a commemorative porcelain vase with dragons on each side extending from the lip to the shoulder. Glazed in green, orange, and blue. In a wooden case with black silk covering. The name of the artist is written in Japanese on the bottom of the vase. Includes a wooden panel with Japanese text. Item is a gift from Hakodate to Halifax. 102-145-1.14

Print 3.162 is copyright Al Bryden, Halifax Photo Service (not scanned), and pictures Leslie Power on Agricola St. or West St. (both are written on the back of the print but in different handwriting) sometime in the 1960s. Print 3.163 was taken on Parkhill Drive and depicts M. Boon, D. F. Murphy, and T. Bourgeois, c. 1980. Print 3.164 depicts Wayne Ledson giving oxygen to a dog at 150 Old Sambro Rd., 1986.
