    A mortgage signed in 1864 of "40 pounds of lawful money of Nova Scotia" from Josiah Russels and his wife Mary Miggles to Timothy J. Russels. Written on blue paper. Belonged to Shirley Russels-Sulivan, who gave them to Donna-Lee Butler.
