Records were transferred from Municipal office. Minute book was donated in 1978.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of assessment rolls, collector rolls, one minute book of the Council, alms house patient registers, general correspondence of the clerk/treasurer (Rosco Handspiker), accounts and names of bus drivers, minutes of the Road and Bridge Committee, debentures for the Municipality, minutes of the board of health and miscellaneous financial records (mainly receipts and cancelled cheques).

Physical condition
The majority of records show extensive mould damage. Records are stored seperately from the archival collection.

Assessment and Collector rolls are arranged chronologically and then by district. General receipts and pink slips were deaccessioned.
