Purchased in 2009 from an antiquarian bookseller who purchased it from an architect/collector.
Scope and content
Item consists of print from the June 11, 1887 edition of the American Architect and Building News, no. 595 of Edward Elliot's elevation of Halifax City Hall, with insets of the ground and first floor plans. Drawing was hand-coloured by an architectural artists for an architect-collector.
