Subseries consists of two files relating to Jones's career and activism in Nova Scotia. The first is a file containing information on various law cases that Jones was involved in (either as a lawyer of a defended, as in the the Campbell v. Jones and Derrick case), such as correspondence, decisions, interview notes, and other documents. The other file contains documents relating to various conferences or organizations which Jones may have attended/been interest in, such as "Multicultural Education in Atlantic Canada", the Nova Scotia Alliance of Provincial Black Organizations, Association of Black Social Workers, the Black United Front, and the African United Baptist Association of Nova Scotia.
