Scope and content
Series forms part of F. Mitchell, Hosking family fonds and consists of photographs accumulated by the Mitchell and Hosking families. Photographs are of people and places along the Eastern Shore, some of which are identified, including Mitchell and Hosking family members as well as pictures of the Garth M. Hosking General Store and Hosking’s Garage. Also includes a photograph of Mrs. Flora Mitchell. One picture, taken significantly later than the others, depicts Mildred Hosking and two other people in front of an historical display of the Hosking Store, probably around 1995.
