Financial Services was established in 1998, prior to that it was known as the Business Office (1970-1998), and reports through the Chief Financial Officer. Financial Services is responsible for Accounting, the Comptroller, Payroll, Purchasing, Purchasing and Receiving, Receiving and Stores, and the Treasury.

Historical Comptrollers include: R.G. Deegan (1969-1975), Gerald Blom (1975-1977), Gary Smith (ca. 1977-1978?), Richard Lowery (1977-1981), Raymond Folkins (1981-1984), Ronald Cochrane (1985-1999). Known Bursars include Donal Markley (1953-1969). Known Business Managers include R.G. Deegan (1965-1969). Known Treasurers include M.J. Belair (1958-1960), E.J. McKenna (1960-1961), and Charles Bathurst (1961-1972).
