File consists of a souvenir program for a pageant celebrating the 200th anniversary of the founding of Halifax presented by the Halifax Bicentenary Committee. The pageant dramatized the early colonial settlement of the city and featured actor Peter Donkin with a script by writer Will R. Bird.
