Thomas Bine Condon was born 5 December 1856, the son of William Baxter Condon and his wife Marie Mussels. Condon married Mary Havilah Van Blarcom in 1859. Van Blarcom was the daughter of John and Havilah (Delap) Van Blarcom. The couple resided at Granville, N.S.
