William Cutten Smith was a resident of Truro, NS. He was Chairman of the Victoria Park Commission ca. 1951 - 1962.
Custodial history
Records were donated by Charlotte MacQuarrie in 1991, who received the records from Smith's niece.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of materials that were found in a scrapbook that was owned by W. C. Smith in the 1950s - 1960s. The scrapbook was photocopied and discarded, along with original newspaper clippings. There are 2 cm of textual records regarding Victoria Park, Truro, NS, including brochures, correspondence, financial statements, and reports. Photographs show camping in Victoria Park, the Adult Violin Program, and scenery.
