    Biographical history

    Wilfred W. Nichols was born at Truro, Nova Scotia on 5 July 1897, the son of James and Elida. He was a professional photographer at Truro, N.S. Nichols began taking photos as a young man. He worked much of his life at Blaikies Garage in Truro but once he retired, he took up photography full time. Nichols died in 1990.
