Scope and content

File consists of images of the intersections of Quinpool Rd., Bell Rd., Robie St., and Cogswell St. All of the images appear to be taken from on top of a building on the north-west corner of Quinpool (Willow Tree Apartments, 7 Quinpool Rd.?). On view in the background of the images is Citadel Hill, Ted Richard's Esso Service Station, the [Camp Hill Hospital], a partial view of Queen Elizabeth High School, and the North Common. These photographs were possibly taken to accompany the Report on Traffic Planning, Redevelopment Project -- Willow Tree Intersection, written by J. R. Fiske, Consulting Engineer, Traffic. Report was presented to the Committe on Works in their meeting on January 9, 1961 (see 102-39A, vol. 1960-1961, pp.7-11 of minutes).
