              Sous-fonds forms part of Wyman family fonds and consists of letters written to Wilfred, a notebook kept by Wilfred while overseas and his personal effects which were returned to his mother upon his death. Also contained with his records is a photograph of Wilfred's girlfriend, Ella Urquhart. Containted among Wilfred's personal effects was a pocket knife, a pipe, watch, scissors, wallet, battalion badge, dog tags and one medal. These items were transferred to the Museum's artifact collection.

              Fonds consists of reports and correspondence regarding the Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital; clippings regarding the history, people and events of Tatamagouche; his will; notices and publications regarding the Presbyterian Church and Women's Society; personal and job related correspondence; documents regarding the settling of estates, including that of his father; records of the Farmers' Commercial Union; correspondence written by Nelson while serving over-seas during World War I; and correspondence regarding his time as Chief Observer in the Aircraft Detection Corps for the Tatamagouche area. Also contained are 6 ledgers used to record legal services rendered, 6 cash books, 3 day books, 2 legal diaries and a ledger regarding the sales of the magazine The Dalhousian. Also contained is a note book for services rendered, such as mortgages and deeds, 1906-1907, probably kept by Nelson while working as a legal clerk.

              Series forms part of Katherine L. Stoddard fonds and consists primarily of letters written to Katherine Stoddard by various correspondents between 1978 and 1998, including Robert Ritcey, Robert Kim Stevens, and others. Most pertain to genealogy related to families along the Eastern Shore, however, some are also personal in nature. Series also contains two letters from the First World War addressed to Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Stoddard concerning their son Private F. T. Stoddard. There is also a note from the Mercantile Marine Office concerning the wages of Robert Stoddard and dated 1882. The series also contains letters to Katherine’s mother, Eva Stoddard, from Annabel (likely Annabel Siteman); a letter to Lena from a Ritcey, and a letter to Bob Stoddard from his brother Thomas dated 1927. Series also includes several letters written to and by Robert Ritcey concerning the development of Martinique Beach as a National Park, letters from the Department of Tourism and Culture, a letter from the Department of Education concerning a gift agreement for a donation to the Nova Scotia Museum, and a letter from the Church Conservancy of Nova Scotia.               Series forms part of the Annabell (Sitman) Ells fonds and consists of correspondence with Mr. and Mrs. John O. Siteman, Hugh Fraser Siteman, and various other correspondents. Like many people in the early 1900s, Annabel collected postcards. The series includes a number of postcards depicting German soldiers and other German photographs written between 1910 and 1920 and predominantly written in German. Series also contains a large number of postcards sent to and from Annabel Ells from Boston, California, Scotland and other locations as well as other miscellaneous letters and cards from various individuals including correspondence with clients for whom Annabel was conducting research and responses from people to whom she had made genealogical inquiries. Also includes a list of the negatives held by NSARM and a piece of the wedding dress of John Siteman’s first wife Susan which was found in an envelope addressed to him in the Magdalene Islands a year after their marriage.               Fonds consists of postcards and souvenirs from France, Egypt and Turkey, hospital supply lists, passport and travel documents, telegrams, orders, personal correspondence, Harvard BEF Association Newsletters, appointment papers, and copies of attestations of Ferguson's place and time of birth. The records all relate to her time abroad during World War I with the British Expeditionary Force and the Red Cross.
