Rogers was principal share owner in conjunction with other Yarmouth merchants. The vessel was sold in 1876. Also included is the account book for the ship William and the brigantine W.A. Rogers, both of which Rogers was principal share owner. The William was built at Tusket in 1873 by George Ross. The W.A. Rogers was built circa 1863 and engaged in trading missions around the world.
