Convocation addresses series
Series forms part of Saint Mary's University Convocation Committee fonds and consists of the contents of the speeches. The 1959 Address was given by Dr.Charles Mark, President of the General Assembly of the United Nations. The 1961 Address was given by the Very Reverend Edward B. Bunn, S.J. The 1966 Address was given by the Right Honourable Georges Philas Vanier, Governor-General of Canada. The 1967 Address was given by Nora Willis Michener, wife of the Governor-General of Canada. The 1972 Address was given by Maureen Forrester Kash, opera singer. The 1974 Address was given by Francois Michelin, Michelin Tire company. 1999.19, Series 1
Convocation photographs
Series forms part of Saint Mary's University Convocation Committee fonds and consists of correspondence, an index, and microfilmed photographs of the graduates at convocation. The 1987 negatives include the Spring Convocation only; all other years contain negatives for Spring and Fall Convocation. The index is an alphabetical list of graduates and their location on the relevant roll of microfilm. 1999.19, Series 2

Series forms part of Saint Mary's University Convocation Committee fonds and consists of a program of the Convocation ceremony which contain the Order of the Academic Procession, the Order of Proceedings, an alphabetical list of graduating students according to degree, biographical information on the people being honoured and the valedictorian, and an explanation of the elements involved.
